Worldwide Shipping
Each creation by ARIU Studio is conceived with artistic precision and technical mastery, and dispatched under the highest standards of excellence. Shipping costs are determined according to the destination country.
Order Processing: within a maximum of 2 business days (48 hours).
Estimated Delivery: between 5 and 8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination region and local conditions.
All international shipments are handled through DHL Express and are fully insured until final delivery.
Any duties, taxes, or additional charges applicable in the destination country are the sole responsibility of the client.
Standard Shipping – Ecuador
Shipping cost: $10.00 USD
Orders are delivered within an estimated 3 to 5 business days across Ecuador. For Quito and its Metropolitan Area, delivery takes approximately 1 to 2 business days. If your postal code is within our coverage area, this option will be available at checkout.
Notes: Business days are Monday through Friday.
During high-demand seasons or under exceptional circumstances beyond ARIU’s control, delivery times may extend up to 10 business days.
Same-Day Delivery – Quito and Metropolitan Area
Shipping cost: $7.00 USD
Same-day delivery is available only in specific areas of Quito and its Metropolitan Area.
To access this service, orders must be placed before 11:00 a.m. (local time) within the Metropolitan Area of Quito.
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, with the possibility of receiving your piece by 9:00 p.m.
Availability for same-day delivery is confirmed on the shipping details page, indicating whether the selected item and destination address meet the eligibility requirements.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next business day.
If the same-day delivery option does not appear during checkout, it may be due to one of the following:
● The selected address is outside the service area.
● The order was placed after the 11:00 a.m. cutoff time.
Since same-day deliveries are made until 9:00 p.m., it is essential that residences, offices, or commercial establishments are available to receive the order until that hour. This service is not available for P.O. Boxes, and not all items or postal codes qualify for same-day delivery.
EXCHANGES
Products may be exchanged for another item of equal value within 15 days of purchase, provided they remain in perfect sale condition — undamaged, in their original packaging, with all tags intact, and accompanied by the sales receipt or invoice.
All exchanges must be processed through the original purchase channel.
For purchases made on www.ariustudio.com, exchanges are managed exclusively through our customer care team at concierge@ariustudio.com.
Customized, engraved, or discontinued pieces cannot be exchanged. For repairs, our quality department will review the item within 10 business days and provide a formal response once the evaluation is complete.
RETURNS
Every piece leaving our atelier undergoes a meticulous quality inspection, ensuring its impeccable condition and adherence to the standards of excellence that define ARIU Studio.
In the unlikely event that you receive an item different from the one ordered, you may request a return by contacting concierge@ariustudio.com within 5 business days of receiving your package.

Due to the handcrafted and exclusive nature of our creations, returns are not accepted.
