- General Information
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the ARIU website, as well as the purchase of products through it.
By accessing or using this website and/or placing an order, you fully accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the website or making a purchase.
The Brand owns the domain and corresponding e-commerce platform. It is based in Ecuador, and all its creations are designed and handcrafted with premium materials (18k gold, 950 silver, and motifs inspired by Ecuadorian pre-Columbian art), as described on our website. - Products
All our pieces are handcrafted—unique or limited editions—unless otherwise stated.
We strive to represent product colors, materials, and designs as accurately as possible. However, due to their artisanal nature, slight variations in color, shape, or finish may occur and should not be considered defects.
ARIU reserves the right to modify its catalog, designs, materials, or prices without prior notice. - Orders and Purchases
To place an order, you must follow the online purchasing process: select the product(s), confirm shipping details, choose a payment method, and confirm your order.
A purchase contract is considered finalized once you receive our email confirmation. At that point, your payment obligation and our delivery commitment become binding.
Payments may be made using the methods available on our website at the time of purchase.
All prices include applicable Ecuadorian taxes unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are not included and will be detailed separately. - Shipping, Delivery, and Risk
Estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process or in the order confirmation. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require extended delivery times.
Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility for loss or damage transfers to the Client.
ARIU shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond its control (such as transportation, customs procedures, or force majeure), except as required by applicable Ecuadorian law. - Returns and Warranty
As our pieces are handcrafted high jewelry and often made to order, returns may be subject to specific conditions. For standard, non-customized items:
● Clients may exercise their right to return a product within the timeframe established by Ecuadorian law, provided the item is in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
● Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Client unless the product is defective or an error occurred on our part.
Warranty: ARIU guarantees that its products are free from material or manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, negligence, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
To request a warranty claim or return, Clients must retain their proof of purchase and contact us at concierge@ariustudio.com to report the issue and receive further assistance. - Intellectual Property
All website content—including text, images, trademarks, logos, graphics, and jewelry designs—is the property of ARIU or of third parties who have authorized its use.
Reproduction, distribution, public display, transformation, or any other form of exploitation of this content is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from ARIU.
If a Client submits suggestions, ideas, designs, or comments, they acknowledge that such submissions do not create any obligation for ARIU and may be used freely by the brand without compensation. - Limitation of Liability
ARIU shall not be held liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, misuse of the products, or any acts attributable to the Client, except as required under mandatory Ecuadorian law.
ARIU’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for the product in question. - Personal Data Protection
By using the website, the Client consents to the processing of their personal data in accordance with said policy and agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information. - Modifications to the Terms and Conditions.
ARIU reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on this page and will take effect upon publication.
It is the Client’s responsibility to review these Terms each time they access the website or place an order. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ecuador.
For any disputes arising from these Terms, the parties submit to the competent courts located at ARIU’s domicile in Ecuador, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
